Small group runs on Fri 2 – 4pm. Time to socialise with others in the group along with what ever project your working on. Share your knowledge about a different craft, or learn something new. Most of all make new friends why you do something you enjoy. So do come along if interested. Group restarts on 2nd Sept

Karate 

Go-Kan-Ryu Karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate.

There are classes  for ages 5 and upward including adults.

Pilates 
The Core Stability Muscles of our body help support the spine. These muscles are the abdominals, back muscles, pelvic floor and diaphragm. This system of muscles helps support the spine dynamically and gives our limbs a support from which to move. These are the target muscles for Pilates.
Class Monday 7.30-8.30pm , Tuesday 8-9pm and Wednesday 10.00-11.00 am,  suitable for men and women.

Senior Chair Keep Fit    

Gently exercise designed to use all the muscle groups to help keep you moving it also helps with co-ordination and is a good social activity. This class is excellent exercise for older, less mobile people or for disabled people.  Most of the exercises can be done sitting down or in a wheelchair.  The class is good fun as well as good for you.
