Pilates STARTING MONDAY 26TH OCTOBER AT ST NICHOLAS
The Core Stability Muscles of our body help support the spine. These muscles are the abdominals, back muscles, pelvic floor and diaphragm. This system of muscles helps support the spine dynamically and gives our limbs a support from which to move. These are the target muscles for pilates.
Class Monday 7.30-8.30pm and Wednesday 10.00-11.00 am, suitable for men and women.

Senior Chair Keep Fit TEMPORARILY AT BEDWELL CC BUT NEW CLASS STARTING ON A TUESDAY MORNING AT ST NICHOLAS
Gently exercise designed to use all the muscle groups to help keep you moving it also helps with co-ordination and is a good social activity. This class is excellent exercise for older, less mobile people or for disabled people. Most of the exercises can be done sitting down or in a wheelchair. The class is good fun as well as good for you. Please register your interest in the Tuesday class with Isabelle.
